Order Packing & Shipping Schedule:

• We pack orders every day from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. After packing, orders are handed over to our shipping partners for dispatch.
• Orders are transferred to the shipping company for delivery between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, depending on the volume of orders.

Courier Services We Use:

• We partner with trusted courier services like Steadfast, Sundarban Courier, AJR Courier, SA Paribahan, Janani Courier, and Karatoa Courier.
• Delivery time varies depending on the courier company. Generally, delivery takes 1-2 days depending on the chosen service.

Shipping Recommendations:

• For products weighing between 1-2 kg, we recommend Steadfast Courier as it's safer for small quantity products and offers lower charges.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for stock products and common sizes for trusted customers.
• Janani Courier: Please note, we do not support Janani Courier for COD or due payments due to their poor customer service behavior. We kindly ask customers to choose alternative payment methods or select another courier company for their shipments.

Local Delivery in Dhaka Metropolitan Area:

• For 1-2 boxes, we offer same-day or next-day delivery within the Dhaka Metropolitan Area with our own delivery personnel.
• For larger orders (more than 2 boxes), we prioritize customer support and deliver based on demand, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
