6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide delivery services across Bangladesh through our own delivery system and third-party courier partners.

Estimated delivery:

  • Inside Dhaka: Usually 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: Usually 2–5 working days

7. Receiving Products

Customers are requested to check products after receiving delivery.

Please verify:

Return Policy

For printers and electronic devices:

  • We do not accept returns after successful delivery.

For consumable products including:

Return is not accepted once delivered, except for verified production defects.

Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

Refund processing time:

7–14 working days

after verification and approval.

Refund method will depend on the original payment method or company-approved payment channel.

Warranty Policy

Warranty depends on product category and specific product terms.

For Thermal Printers:

  • 2 Years Warranty Coverage
    • 1 Year Motherboard Warranty
    • 1 Year Service Warranty

Printer Head Warranty:

  • Printer head is a consumable part and does not include warranty coverage.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Burn damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Wrong adapter/power usage
  • Unauthorized repair
  • Misuse or improper handling

For warranty claims:

Customers must bring the product to our office or send it through courier at their own cost.

After inspection, our technical team will provide repair, replacement, or further solution based on warranty eligibility.

8. Customized Product Policy

For custom products including printed labels, custom stickers, special-size POS rolls, and customized packaging:

  • Advance payment may be required.
  • Production starts after customer approval.
  • Custom-made products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after production.

Customers are responsible for confirming:

  • Size
  • Quantity
  • Design
  • Material
  • Requirements

before production.

9. Corporate Orders

For corporate and bulk orders:

  • Pricing, payment terms, delivery schedule, VAT, TAX, and documentation may follow separate agreements or quotations.
  • Purchase Order (PO), Mushak, and other documents will be processed based on agreed conditions.

10. User Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Bybsa Solutions Co. will not be responsible for unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.
